DIY Valentine's Decor - Pillow Cover
I’ve never been one to decorate for Valentine’s Day, but I do love a good DIY. I wasn’t looking for obvious Valentine’s Day decor, so I tried to go for a more subtle look with rose gold paint to coordinate with the warm brown tones we have in our home.
I saw the canvas pillow cover at the grocery store and knew it would be perfect for the bench in our entryway. I got to work in Word to create the X + O ( FREE printable) and then cut them out to use as a stencil on the pillow cover. I used a random pattern for the X’s and O’s and painted it using rose gold acrylic paint.

Once it was dry added in a pillow insert.
It was seriously that easy! If you’re like me and just want to ease into Valentine’s Day decor then this DIY is a great place to start. The pillow cover cost a little over $6 and I used paint/pillow insert that I already had.
