"Hello! Thank you for taking time to read our story. We are so passionate about this journey! Even if you never get to meet us in person you will feel that passion through the quality of our work.
Our mission is to create quality, handmade goods that will provide a unique and lasting impression in your home. We reuse/up-cycle/salvage where we can and when we can't, then strive to waste as little new material as possible. We know that quality is important to you. We hinge on the idea that our handmade products could be used in your home for generations.
We love sharing this ride with you! You have been so patient with us as we work, raise our family and find time to create things for you. We are thankful for your support and look forward to sharing new projects with you!"
THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!

About the Makers
The Minted Vintage makers, John and Megan have been married for over 10 years and have two super-fun, active boys. Their faith, family and friends are what they hold close to their hearts and they truly believe that this new, handmade adventure is an answer to many prayers.
So, how did this all begin? After building their home in 2014, they decided to start a few DIY projects to make their new build feel more like "home". That's when they discovered their passion for building and found their "thing" as a couple. They have always loved working together and taking on new challenges, but it wasn't until the summer of 2016 that they considered turning their love for DIY into something more!
Megan resigned from a federal career just a couple years ago, fulfilling her lifelong dream to stay home with their two young children. She uses nap time and night time to work on custom orders, inventory for events, bookkeeping, managing social media, product photography and all other entrepreneurial duties required for running their small business. John continues to a work full time (and lately much longer hours) in his career as a financial systems analyst. He is the main builder of the team and uses his evenings after their boys go to bed to plan, measure and cut wood for projects.
