• You may set up any time after 4pm until 8pm on Friday 4/17. Someone will be there to assist you to your location. If you need to set up earlier, please contact us by emailing themintedvintage@yahoo.com

• There will be someone on the grounds overnight on Friday.

• You may leave your truck or trailer parked overnight, however please be aware that we nor the venue will be responsible for it.

• Early Bird shopping starts at 9:00am. Saturday morning set up will need to occur between the hours of 6:30am-8:00am only.

• All vehicles must be removed from the shopping area by 8am for the safety of our Early Bird shoppers. THERE WILL BE NO VEHICLES DRIVING AROUND VENDOR AREAS AFTER 8:00 am.

• You are responsible for your own tables/chairs.

• You are responsible for collecting and remitting WV state taxes (6%, there is no municipal tax for our event location). Any questions you have can be answered by contacting the tax office at (304) 558-3333

• If anyone is not registered, you can do so here: [https://business4.wv.gov/Pages/default.aspx]

  There is a $30 registration fee and once you've registered you don't have to do it again.

• Food vendors: MOV Health Department will require inspection. Our current contact is Will Helmic (304-588-1276) if you have any questions.

Important set up/tear down expectations:

1. Please drive slowly around the buildings and in the vendor areas; for safety but also to keep gravel dust down or mud from splashing your fellow vendors.

2. If you park near the buildings, please unload/load your car as quickly as possible AND then move your car away from the area; either down over the hill or in the parking (shown on the google map above)

There's going to be some congestions during set up/tear down, but if everyone follows these suggestions then things will go a lot smoother! We appreciate you all being courteous of your fellow vendors.
