VENDOR CONTRACT - FALL 2026

    • You may set up any time after 4pm until 8pm on Friday 4/17. Someone will be there to assist you to your location. If you need to set up earlier, please contact us by emailing themintedvintage@yahoo.com

    • There will be someone on the grounds overnight on Friday.

    • You may leave your truck or trailer parked overnight, however please be aware that we nor the venue will be responsible for it.

    • Early Bird shopping starts at 9:00am. Saturday morning set up will need to occur between the hours of 6:30am-8:00am only.

    • All vehicles must be removed from the shopping area by 8am for the safety of our Early Bird shoppers. THERE WILL BE NO VEHICLES DRIVING AROUND VENDOR AREAS AFTER 8:00 am.

    • You are responsible for your own tables/chairs.

    • You are responsible for collecting and remitting WV state taxes (6%, there is no municipal tax for our event location). Any questions you have can be answered by contacting the tax office at (304) 558-3333

      There is a $30 registration fee and once you've registered you don't have to do it again.

    • Food vendors: MOV Health Department will require inspection. Our current contact is Will Helmic (304-588-1276) if you have any questions.

    Important set up/tear down expectations:

    1. Please drive slowly around the buildings and in the vendor areas; for safety but also to keep gravel dust down or mud from splashing your fellow vendors.

    2. If you park near the buildings, please unload/load your car as quickly as possible AND then move your car away from the area; either down over the hill or in the parking (shown on the google map above)

    There's going to be some congestions during set up/tear down, but if everyone follows these suggestions then things will go a lot smoother! We appreciate you all being courteous of your fellow vendors.

    You pay the day of the event. Our market crew will deliver the meal(s) to you starting around 11:00am.

  • Please mail (or schedule to meet up with us) as soon as possible so we can get the bags (Early Bird EB + General Admission GA) filled prior to set up. We need all items by 9/28. Our mailing address is: 2792 Pettyville Road Parkersburg, WV 26101.

  • Address: 2207 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, WV

  • Vendor parking to the right of the parking entrance as well as down behind the buildings. If you park behind the buildings, you cannot move your car until the event is over.

Information about the venue buildings:

  • Building #1 - Completely enclosed structure with concrete floor.

  • Building #2 - Open air structure with a roof and concrete floor.

  • Building #3 - Larger section is completely enclosed with dirt floor. The smaller, new addition is open air with a roof and concrete floor.

  • Building #4 - Completely enclosed structure with dirt floor.
